1. Return –
Currently Stepupkart does not offer any return policy, in case of a damaged product, a replacement will be provided without returning the plant.
2. Refund –
Refund is applicable only in the case of damaged and dead plants.
Procedure for replacement or refund
(a) Send us the photos of damaged plants through the registered email id to “email@example.com”. Stickers with plant name, damaged parts of the plant, and stickers of Stepupkart must be clearly visible in a single photo. please note that we deal in perishable items so torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves will not fall in the condition of replacement. It’s mandatory to share the images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
(b) In case the customer is not able to capture all three details in one photo, as mentioned in 2(a) he/she must send us a video capturing all details (not more than 20 seconds). After checking all the relevant videos and photos, the Stepupkart team will decide whether the case qualifies for refund or replacement. our first priority will be providing the replacement if in case you receive the replacement in damaged or dried condition again, we will initiate the Refund accordingly. The refund takes up to 5 working days to reflect back into the customer’s account by which the payment was made. in case the payment was done through UPI, the refund amount will be credited in the default account settings in your UPI id.
3. Cancellation –
Customer can cancel their order before dispatch, by writing a mail to “firstname.lastname@example.org” or he/she can call @7007080289 from 10:00 am to 6:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
